The KS Online Academy, on the other hand, is a comprehensive online course with pre-designed modules and regular live calls that can be accessed flexibly at any time.

Before the coaching, we'll schedule a joint call to discuss your goals, wishes, and priorities.
Then, I'll create a customized coaching concept tailored to your team and your needs.
On the coaching day, we'll work practically on the agreed-upon topics and models. Depending on the focus, we can cover hair styling, make-up techniques, social media, positioning, or business topics.

A coaching day lasts from 10 am to 5 pm.
Does the coaching take place in your salon? Group coaching sessions are generally held at my KS Studio in Leoben. Alternatively, salon coaching can also take place directly at your location. Together we will find the right solution for your team.
Do we need to bring our own products and tools?
Do we need to bring our own products and tools?
For the group training, you should work with the products and tools you use daily. So, bring your own hair & make-up kit.
This way, we can directly analyze which products are used effectively and where there might be potential for optimization.
You will also receive a product and tool list in advance via email, with everything you need.

If the coaching takes place in my salon, I will organize the models for you. For off-site coaching sessions, you are responsible for model organization.
