The KS Online Academy, on the other hand, is a comprehensive online course with pre-made modules and regular live calls, available flexibly at any time.

Before the coaching, we arrange a joint call to discuss your goals, wishes, and priorities.
Afterwards, I will create an individual coaching concept tailored to your team and your needs.
On the coaching day, we will work practically on the agreed topics and models. Depending on the focus, hair styling, make-up techniques, social media, positioning, or business topics can be covered.

A coaching day lasts from 10 am to 5 pm.
Does the coaching take place in your salon? Generally, scheduled group coachings take place at my KS Studio in Leoben. Alternatively, salon coachings can also take place directly at your location. Together, we will find the right solution for your team.

For the group training, you should work with the products and tools you use daily. So, bring your own hair and make-up kit.
This way, we can directly analyze which products are used effectively and where there might be potential for optimization.
You will also receive a product and tool list via email in advance, with everything you need.
